Tony has been serving as the Pastor of Harvest Bible Chapel Arthur (formerly Harvest Christian Fellowship) since January of 2008. Tony is originally from Austin, Texas and moved up to Illinois in 2000 with his wife Sanja to attend seminary at Moody Bible Institute. After earning a Master of Divinity from Moody, he attended Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, receiving his Master of Theology Degree (ThM) in 2008.
In 2007 Tony and Sanja were blessed with their first child, a little boy named Alastair Benjamin Caffey. The family is committed to seeing God’s Word transform the lives of people in Arthur, Illinois and the entire central Illinois area.
Tony’s hobbies include basketball, football, music, guitar, reading, facebook, and watching movies with his wife. He is particularly fond of the University of Texas (Hook’em Horns), the San Antonio Spurs, and the Denver Broncos.
Pastor Hang Tu and Family

Hang Tu is our Worship and Youth Pastor here at Harvest Bible Chapel Arthur. He was born and raised in Vietnam, a country that still persecutes Christians today. In God’s sovereignty, Hang’s parents received Christ in their early teens and committed themselves to serving God. Because of this, Hang and his sister Rachel were able to hear the truth of God’s Word.
In 1991, Hang’s entire family moved to the United States, where the family experienced many challenges. Especially difficult was the process of learning English, which was the 3rd language of the family. By the grace of God, Hang earned a BA in English Secondary Education from Widener University in 2000. In 2005, he also received a Master of Divinity from Moody Graduate School.
In 2007, Hang found the helpmate that God wanted for him in Kanade, who graduated from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. They have since been blessed with a son, Seiji Isaiah. Hang’s passion is God. He is the most awesome, un-boring and magnificent warrior there is. The more He gets to know Him, the more he loves Him. He also enjoys being with his family, watching CSI and 24 with his wife, playing various sports, and praising God through guitar and piano.
